E-PRTR Guidance Document
Article 14 of the E-PRTR Regulation provides that the European Commission shall draw up a guidance document supporting the implementation of the E-PRTR. Such a document was developed in May 2006.
The document provides guidance on the various reporting processes as set out in the E-PRTR Regulation.
